This is one of the first videos I edited. The subject is a Guide Dogs of America Puppy Raiser Field Trip we went on with our chocolate lab, Obie. We took him whale watching out of Dana Point in 1997.

Awesome video! I only started raising in 2006, so it’s cool to see dogs from 11 years ago. I was surprised to see that many of the puppy raisers shown there are still raising. There are also quite a few differences…GDA requires that puppies be at least 6 months for whale watching for example. The dogs are also a lot smaller now, lol.
