@drummerdude8790 are you the guy in the video????
OMG! How can you throw two jabs and a hook with the same hand?!
peeps hes only showing beginners not pros or amature how to put some punchs together
lmfao
Bloody expertvillage…………fucking sent the village idiot !
@FunnySkatingDudes Say what ? You’ve never seen somebody hooking off the jab ?!!
hook uppercut and cross all from the same arm? while those individual punches seem powerful, the sequence doesn’t seem fluid at all, is there something I’m missing here?
@FunnySkatingDudes That hurts mah feelins ya kno… I prefer the term fakie wanabe penis.
@FunnySkatingDudes You’re argument must be pure speculation. I’ve used this many times to throw off my opponent. Everyone will strike with right and then left or vice versa. This changes it up. It will leave you open only if you’re not a very good fighter and for some reason are incapable of moving your body (i.e. bobbing). Perhaps you should actually step into a ring before calling a trainer an idiot.
Also, I was disappointed to find out you’re not very funny. I hope you’re good at skating.
@drummerdude8790 Yes you will be able to cause some damage with it maybe so but your not going to cause as much from linking it with the other hand because by the time you bring that hand back that opens you up, so therefore its a stupid decision its much quicker and more powerfull to link with the other hand so you could call it effective if you have a retarded fighter on the other side, and to be honest how can you call this effective dont you go boxing or know anything about it. Try it.
@FunnySkatingDudes That can actually be pretty effective if you’re fast enough to pull it off.
This guy is an idiot you never throw a hook with the same hand you have thrown a jab.
you also got to include blocking techniques with counter punches plus breathing with each punch
yeah man cool techs will tell them on monday if u got any more vids let me know cool

@NextTime4U coach Rick I am new to being a coach I know my boxing and I will be buying your dvds asap. You seem to have a nice easy to understand way of explaining I think you are a real asset to this sport with what your doing! Your pdf manual download link is broken atm. Hey thanks again though. Would love to say hi someday from your friends at ASquared Fight Club in MI.

@asssiann23 We are in Pennsauken, NJ, (B n B Boxing & Fitness)
Where is your gym at
wow
@sexy05gal Yeah, Like I said, Umm, no one but you are comparing me to Uncle Roger, so once again please go play some where else and stop watching my vids, your on my channel, Umm remember?? And Umm, yeah, you dont have to train an undefeated fighter to be a top level trainer, there are thousands of great trainers out there who have worked with and developed great fighters who arent undefeated, so like I said,Uneducated remarks dont surprise me, and yeah uncle Roger is the Best,, lol
Respond to this video…it never fails on here, lol, some one who obviously knows very little about boxing and training make comments like this,, who in there right mind would compare a child to an adult? REALLY?? The fighter in this video is an accomplished amateur who is turning pro, and ah, the last time I checked, uncle Rogers son was about 7yrs old and will not even be able to compete until he is 9 under USA Amateur Boxing Regs. His son has mad skillz and his dad my Hero with Mittwork,
@sexy05gal Thats a very uneducated comment, the fighter in this video is undefeated right now and had a very accomplished amateur career. Uncle Rogers son is good without a doubt, but no one would compare an adult to a child,, Wow, lol, people on youtube never fail to dis appoint me with some of there comments…
@NextTime4U ur good but no where near roger mayweathers level, so i agree please dnt compare urself to roger the greatest trainer of this era. U can compare urself 2 roger, if u have trained the best boxer of ur era?41-0 getting 40 million a fight, which i doubt otherwise im sure i would of heard of u before, it’s true i have seen a hundred videos on youtube of trainers trying 2 do wot roger does, just look at ur speed level and his, ur an amateur compared 2 him, roger is the best
@NextTime4U
that’s actually some damn good mitt work. i wish i can hit the mitts that well.
Hi im a amatuer with 2 fights…if u could check out my videos i would appreciate any advice/tips..thx
Thanks Man!!!! for your great Knowledge!
I never walk into the ring to sparr without watching one of your videos!

Don’t listen to the haters man. You got some wicked talent. From what it looks like you could go pretty far. But anyone can look good hitting the pads.
what a load of bollacks. if you throw that many punches and the guy is still standing you’d better get your coat and go home.
Great pad work !!!!!!
dam wish you were my trainer
@romeisbig watch calzague vs roy jones then
hardwork beats talent and gift if talent and gift dont work hard
Hey Coach Rick,
Just bought your DVDs and they are great! Appreciate you breaking down the combos! Stated practicing with my 13 year old son undefeated amateur boxer Allias Aguilar (Google him, trust me, THE FUTURE of BOXING) anyways we love it and it’s fun! Thanks again coach. God Bless
whats up damant !looking good buddy
hi how can i get fast reflex any idea on my own ? i do boxing
@theduffman6 -you can doing dnt give up get your ass in gym and explode like mike tyson lol
Is it a memorised sequence or reactions to the pads?
Coach do be a pro boxer what are all of the reqierments? How old to you have to be is school really important? I mean come on schools just a waste of ime ECSPECIALLY if you know you are or want to be a boxer. I was wondering what I do need in oder to make it?
coach rick at the end of the clip you have the fighter doing the same combinations but yet whichever shot you throw at him he comes back with a counter… now is that what this drill is supposed to eventually work on is just reaction speed? or are you simply just running threw the motions with correct form? I just got a little confused near the end. Thanks man great work!
