Routine is the key..
Feed 3 times per day at the same times daily..Put the bowl away after 10 minutes..
Take him outside after every feeding. He will go about 10-20 minutes after being fed, depending on his age. It will take awhile for him to learn/develop bladder control, but potty should be easier. Feed on a strict schedule, so that he isn’t fed just before bedtime, as he will need to go shortly after being fed..Young pups should be fed and then walked 3 times per day, UNTIL THEY POOP…He will need more frequent outings for peeing…Walk him just before bedtime, to make certain he is empty..
Never scold for mistakes, but give lavish praise every time he goes outside, like he won the spelling bee…..Pups can only hold their pee for 1 hour, per month of age..So, its important to empty them just before bedtime..
Use the same word every time, such as ‘do the doody’, or whatever..
The most important thing is to watch him closely, and scoop him up and outside when he begins to act restless, turn circles, etc. soon he will whine and look at you when he needs to go.

I have found that “pee-pads” work very well. You can buy them in any pet store. Put one at or near the door you want you dog to go to when he/she needs to go outside.
show her what she did wrong by puting her face in it(not litterally) take ur pup to where she did wrong…show it to her and say firmly ” bad dog”…it worked with my dog!!
Maybe the reason she goes every 15 minutes is because she is in the crate for hours. You need to take her out every time she eats or drinks, praise her when she does her job.Take her out every 2 hours if no food or drink is involed.
Every time the dog pees in the house you should give it about 12 good hard strokes with a 3 foot length of rubber hose. It has worked wonders for my dogs.I have broken them of many bad habits.Some dogs are stubborn and require 30-40 licks with the hose, but eventually they will learn. if they don’t you can always kill them and get a new dog.
try to bring the puppy out every hour or so to get into a routine with it.
I suggest an excellent dog training book, “Mother Knows Best.” It helped me a great deal.
Basically, a puppy should be kept in a crate most of the time, only left out when you can interact with the pup. A schedule in a must, so the pup can learn to anticipate when he will be taken outside to potty. Certain things usually prompt the need to potty… chewing, feeding, and excitement. When you remove the pup from the crate, immediately take it outside. We hung a bell beside the door and would ring it and say, “outside,” EVERY time we took the pup out. Later, the dog would ring the bell on her own, letting us know she needed out. When you take the dog out, do NOT make it play time. or she wont understand what she is supposed to do. Tell her, “go potty” and if she does give her a lot of attention; petting and praise. After the potty, take her back inside and play, a bit, perhaps a few minutes of training (sit, lay, etc) then, before you place her back in the crate, take you outside again.
Note: sometimes pups have “excitemment” urination, and you should not punish her for the accident. Understand that her bladder control had not matured and the accident is not bad behavior. Simply firmly say, “NO” and take her outside to potty. If you do not catch her in the act she will not understand why you are mad.
You wouldn’t yell at an infant or toddler (human) for not being able to regulate urinating or deficating before an age where it is reasonable to assume the neurological development was adequate to control the act.
Hang in there. It will come but the pup may be 6 months to a year old before the training is complete. In the meantime, I suggest investing in a carpet scrubber (it was a life saver for us) and here is a link to an excellent clean up product: Natures Miracle

Everyone I know that has a dog/puppy has the puppy training pads. I use them on my two dogs and they haven’t gone on the floor since.
Patience and persistance, put her out with in 15 minutes after she eats, and as soon as she wakes up, and just have to keep an eye on her and when she squats to go start telling her bad puppy and pick her up and take her to the door. Also clean up any soiled areas with a mixture of 50% white vinegar and 50% water, this will cut the odor. Then spray with OUT which you can buy from the Walmart pet section. Stay with her outside to make sure she is going pottie when you put her out and when she goes really love on her and tell her good puppy, she will soon learn from your tone of voice between bad puppy and good puppy which is the most rewarding. By the way glad you are crate training her.
