Ok so i was watching tv and came across the don sullivins perfect dog dvds. i would love to try but was hoping i could get some real reviews on it from recent buyers. so if any one has something to say about his training videos good or bad please let me know

Remember, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Actual trainers don’t make half the claims Don Sullivan does because they are ridiculous claims. Sorry, I don’t trust anyone who says they can train every dog using the exact same techniques and get the exact same results. While a good training method will be widely effective, it will still require tweaking for certain dogs and certain situations, which cannot be done with this “system.” I also have to say that I was unimpressed with all his talk of getting your dog to “respect” you. I’ve found that much “respect” talk usually translates to fear or punishment based training, which is not effective.
