Go to a place like pets mart and get a dog tooth brush and tooth paste they also make treats that help bad breath but the dog tooth brush and paste is the best option
What do you think? Answer below!

Get to the source of the problem. Vet check is needed, and if nothing is wrong medically, then I would have a look at the food. Dogs on raw meat diets don’t have bad breath.
At 4 months of age your puppy is starting to teeth and his adult teeth are ready to come in. Their breath usually smells rather rank when the baby teeth are loose and falling out.
First of all your dog could have problems with his teeth. My cousins had a pomeranian and his breath always had a fishy scent. they took him to a vet and it turned out that he had some rotting teeth and ended up getting 4 teeth pulled out. But since your dog is probably to young to be having rotting teeth u should try brushing your dogs teeth daily. and is brushing is to hard then try using dentastix. I give them to my dogs and they love them!
i have a pomeranian as well but he is 3 now and his breath is still really bad. Greenies treats help a lot, you can get them at Petsmart and can be bought for around a dollar and some change individually or a bag for about 15 dollars
Take him to the vet first and see whats going on. Then you can go to pets mart and they should have a couple items for that.
