I’ve taken him to puppy school, however, this problem has only started evolving over the last few weeks. I was told that if dogs jump up to use a water gun but not whilst walking the dog as this is supposed to be a happy time. Saying No doesn’t work either.

its just that s/he is over excited jazzie-my dog- does it all the time and so does my mates
