I am 14 and just started boxing 3 weeks ago. I box 5 days a week Monday through Friday, and work out at home on Saturdays and rest on Sundays. This is because the gym is only open until 1 p.m. on weekends. Is this enough training for a beginner boxer who wants to be ready for his first amateur fight in 7-8 months?

U have to run atleast 3-6 miles a day. Six times a week. Sparring is also key. Hit the bag 4-6 rounds a way. Speed bag, double end also help.
