You do not soak their food. You mix wet food with dry puppy food. Make sure you choose a good dry puppy food, with no additives, no sugar, no salt, no wheat or by products
Give your answer to this question below!

For all the puppies we ever had, we usually wait about 4 weeks… By then they should have little teeth poking through. And mom might not want to feed them as often because it hurts her to feed them.
DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYTHING THAT IS DRY!!! AS THE ABOVE PERSON SAYS!!!
Make sure its all wet but not too pasty so that its hard for them to eat. Kinda a runny consistancy for the first few feedings.
Six to eight weeks
A bitch I once had threw a huge litter of English Bulldog pups but didn’t want to nurse them – she actually suffocated one of them. I began immersion feeding them at about four weeks. I’d run puppy chow through a food processor until it was just dust, then soak it in water and lay the pups in the mixture. Worked great.
16 days….I would start to introduce a little each morning…sort of a breakfast type puppy food…and as they really catch on then add lunch and tea….at first they are really messy so make sure you have a towel or something around you…
Good luck

i would say when they can walk…go to a pet store and get the puppy milk,, and moisten the food with that so it is more like an oatmeal texture..i dont know what the **ll that first person is talking about.lol..then slllllooowwwllyyyy make it less and less goopy. Good luck!
I would soak the food, I had a Boxer pup nearly die from choking on dry food when he was 8 weeks old and another pup from seperate litter do the same. I soak it until completely soggy and use small kibble (my preference is Science Diet Small Crunchy Bites). If the mother begins having difficulty keeping up with their needs you can try to supplement with food now or even buy a milk replacer (I like Vetalac) to help them learn to lap from a dish. If in doubt about what is best for your pups, I would get with a reputable breeder or call a vet for their advice. Best of luck with your bundles of joy!
Added note:
Be careful when grinding food as it will become pasty and sticky and they can choke on this as well! Blending the food is fine as long as there is ample moisture when it is being fed.
Another idea is using puppy milk and Gerber Baby Oatmeal.
I have a 10 month old pup. The breeder began feeding him a mixture of soy milk soaked food when he was about 4 weeks.
DO not feed them dry food until they have enough teeth. They WILL choke on it. Good luck!!!
