crate training is your best option. get a book on it and stick with it. basically you keep your dog in the crate when you are away from home, sleeping, or not able to watch the puppy at the time. When you take them out of the crate they go outside immediately. once they go to the bathroom praise them and then they can have some play time in the house. puppies should go out about every 2 hours and your puppy may have a few accidents in the crate but it won’t last long because they won’t want to sit in their own potty mess. there are so many more details. please get a book on this or consult a trainer. it is the best and quickest way to potty train your puppy.
the best thing to do is take them out right after they eat and make sure they go and then reward them so they know they are doing a good thing. Try to let them out at the same times everyday so they will get used to knowing when its time for them to go. Puppy pads work at night and keep them in a closed room so u dont have to worry about stepping in little surprises in the mornings. If they do go at night in the house make sure they are scolded so they know they did something bad. I did this with my puppy and he’s trained!
what u do to train a puppy is u take it outside every couple hours or hour and tell it to go poddy when it does u reward it and give it a treat when its night take them out side right before u go to bed tell them to go pody when it does u put it in its kennel or crate and go to bed take it out in the morning and make it go to the bath room u shouldnt leave them un attented at night ot they will go to the bathroom in ur house so u shouldnt get a doggie door till its pody trained and make sure and take them out during the day every 2 hours at least or it will pee in the house
