So our puppy (almost 4 months old – got her 2 weeks ago) was so mild before, and all of a sudden the last 2 days, she’ll be fine and then all of a sudden go into these fits where she’s trying to bite the heck out of us/the pants we’re wearing etc. She goes on 3 walks a day and has PLENTY of toys to play with, we tried the whole thing with yelping really loud and ignoring her, redirecting her with a toy, laying her down on her side to calm down – but when she’s in one of these fits it’s like she’s going to tear our clothes off!! We don’t want to “punish” her by putting her in her crate, we want her to think of it as a good place, since she’s in there a few hours a day and at bedtime, but we don’t know what to do! We have already signed up for puppy obedience classes which don’t start until Tuesday and need to know what to do in the meantime? Is this normal puppy behavior? Right now my husband and I are trying to put her in another room from us which seems to cool her down but the second the door opens she’s crazy again!
actually by putting her in “another room” i meant leaving her in the house while me and my husband going out to the sunroom for a few minutes 
We are not locking her away, just hoping to give her a few minutes to cool down…

i had a ridiculously stubborn puppy (still do, she’s 6 months) and I tried *Everything* to make her quit biting us…finally, she needed a dose of her own medicine.
We simple grabbed her muzzle and pressed her cheeks/lips into her teeth. Literally. Make her feel the pain. After doing that consistently she’ll quit. Maggie now has a much softer mouth and if she does “bite” at us she doesn’t do it viciously, just playfully, and she knows if she does it too hard because she’ll immediately duck her head in apologies.

Your pup is just being what puppy should be. Believe me my mixed Pit bull are WILD!I think your puppy just trying to get your attention so you could paly with her, or and don’t separate her in another room unless u want an aggressive mean looking dog. Just try to yell/scold at it when she start biting you guys.
Keep in mind that you usually start to see a dogs personality after 2 weeks of having them. Obedience classes are a must for puppies so good for you! For right now though, you mentioned she has toys do you play with her? Puppies want to play a lot, she is used to playing with her liter mates and has most likely realized that she is not going to see them again. Try playing with her, and if she doesn’t want to play sit on the ground so you are at her level. If you already do this then do not react when she bites you. Turn your back to her, ignore her-getting excited is what she wants you to do. If she learns that you get excited and give her attention when she acts out then that is what she will continue to do.
