Well potty training a puppy takes a lot of patience. I have potty trained many puppies. You have to be sterne but you can’t go hitting them and disciplining them too harsh! Accidents are going to happen. Take your puppy outside as much as possible and when you are out there say things like “good dog” and give them a good pat on the head I even used to give small treats. But when they pee in the house I just would rub their nose it in and say outside and point to the door and take them out right away. So they know not to pee inside to go outside. My shar pei now waits by the door when he has to go out. But make sure you use a strong tone of voice when you are correcting the puppy. hitting them is only going to make them scared of you and it will probably make them worse with peeing in the house. You have to just keep telling them outside and giving treats when they use the bathroom outside. hope this helps! it should take about a month for the puppy to get the hang of it. Keep in mind if you are home with them all day they need to go out about once an hour. No water late at night unless you dont mind getting up to let it out!
Give your answer to this question below!

to train you pup to go potty outside. when you get up in the morning, before they eat, after they eat, before you go to bed. every hour on the hour. stand out there for 30mins if your dog wont go right away. if they dont bring them back in and leave them on the leash. if they start to walk in circles and sniff all around grab the leash and take them out. if they go outside treat them and give them a command “good potty” or “good peepee” or “poop”.
if they go poop inside just pick it up and toss it where you want them to go, this helps for a local area to go. Dont rub their nose in it, it will only make them fear you.
i have found clicker training also helps because it is a constant noise that never changes.
hope this helps
