Yearly, i would say they get about 38-40 g a year. I have a close mate that is a dog trainer and also judges dog events. He tells me the trainers get roughly 5 less than him, which is about 38.

I assume you meant ‘petsmart.’ That being so, you would either be an employee of petsmart, or a contact employee. The first one being that you would be on petsmart’s payroll, tax would be taken out of your paycheck, etc. The other you would have to deal with your taxes, etc. on your own, you would be a ‘contract worker.’ A contracted trainer would make more, and could charge anywhere from 20-100 dollars an hour, if you were employed by petsmart you would be lucky to make 15 dollars per hour.
Do you get certified in anything on the completion of the class? I would look around, there’s certainly a better ‘school’ or training seminar than one offered at (gag) petsmart.
Your best bet is to talk to a petsmart trainer and see if they’ll reveal how much they are getting paid.
