What do you think? Answer below!

Training is a every day thing. Not when you feel like it.
I start off with treats, and something easy like sit and paw. Then I moved on to down, stay. As my dog gets the hang of it I stop the treats and only give them when I am trying a new trick. If they seem to be having a hard time getting it I won’t give the treat til she figure it out.
If I am sitting watching tv, cooking supper, or what not I sometimes go over the tricks she knows to help her remember. But what works for me might not work for someone else. You just sort of find what method works for you.
Use lots of treats
and keep the sessions short and do it daily .
Well as a owner and trainer to my own dog, i recommend you make a bond with your dog. Then show him/her what you want them to do with you helping them. For example, shake: grab your dog’s paw onto your hand, see do this several times. And don’t forget the snacks! Remember to give your dog little bits of snacks because it will take a while and always have patience.
your dog wants to please you. she lives for a simple word of praise or a pat on the head..
1st.. sit on the floor, say sit and force the dogs hips down.. let him up and repeat, praise her, even if you are forcing her to sit.. by the time you repeat it 10 times, she will sit.. you can do the same thing with any trick you want to teach her.. my two boys (chiwawas) do dozens of tricks.. remember short commands,, sit stand lay roll … at that age you can teach her 2 or 3 tricks a day..
fetch is easy.. on the floor let her grab a ball (stuffed doll etc) say fetch and reach as far as you can and place it on the floor.. when she picks it up.. pull her to you and repeat.. then toss it just out of your reach.. that one can take a few hours..
With some time and patience, young puppies can learn a lot. The trick is not to overwhelm them. Try to keep training sessions short and end on a high note before she gets bored or frustrated. Also, use small treats and always subtract them from her normal meals so you don’t accidentally overfeed her.
Personally, I find that a clicker helps immensely with training, especially young dogs. It helps to clarify exactly what they did right so they can try it again. For example, if you give you puppy a treat for sitting, she might mistakenly believe the treat was for looking left or sneezing or anything else she did before or after sitting. If you click the moment her butt hits the ground then she knows that’s what you were looking for. Of course, first you have to associate the click with getting a treat. All you have to do is click, pause and then hand her a treat over and over for a few minutes. Soon she’ll learn that a click means that a treat is coming, and then when you click while she’s doing something good, she’ll know she’s going to get a reward for it. This will naturally cause the behavior to happen more often (she want to figure out how to get more treats). That’s the basis of positive reinforcement training (clicker training is just a form of positive reinforcement training). You reinforce behaviors you like (reward them) so they’ll occur more often, and you don’t reinforce undesirable behaviors (ignore them) so they’ll occur less often. For example, if you pet your puppy a lot and play with her when she’s on the floor but you completely ignore her when she’s on the couch, she’s smart enough to realize that the floor is a better place to be. No yelling or punishment required.
You can get a clicker for about $ 2 at any pet store. This is a great introduction:

The most important thing you can teach your new puppy is to come when called. It could save her life someday. Tricks are fun to teach, but right now concentrate on getting your dog to want to come to you EVERYTIME you call her, and worry about tricks when she is a little older.
