take her out to the bathroom every half and hour during the day, at night, take her out every 3 hours, keep a close eye on her and don’t let her have the chance to go to the bathroom inside, after she eats and/or drinks, take her out in 15 min. after it seems like she improving, lenghten the time difference, this worked with my dog
are you bringing her in to feed her? if you have a set feeding schedule, youll know when she is going to poop, so just try to make sure she is outside.
OK, first of all, you said she is peeing on the floor when you bring her in, so none of the above advice is worth anything. As far as “rubbing their nose in it”, that is just silly and slightly abusive.
May I ask why she is outside to begin with and how often? Is she only peeing when she comes in in the morning? My guess is that is all it is, and if that’s the case, don’t worry! She is a puppy, and has not yet developed full bladder control. In the morning she is very happy to see you, and in this state of excitement she has a hard time controlling herself. This will improve with time.
It sounds to me like you are not having much trouble beyond the mornings, and that’s a great sign. If that truly is the case, just keep up the good work and I assure you the morning pee problem will resolve itself.
If she is pooping when she comes in, and she does it regularly, just follow her around when she first gets in. If she starts to go move toward her and firmly tell her no. At this point hopefully she has stopped her business, and you can immediately take her outside to finish up. A few days of this and she should learn. Huskies are beautiful dogs, but they are quite independent and very energetic. Good luck!
