One thing that helps puppies to realize where you want them to use the bathroom is instead of saying no when they make the mistake inside, you say “outside!” and immediately take them out, whether they finished their business or not. And a key thing is to say it in an excited tone so you make it fun for them.
What do you think? Answer below!

mine came cage trained. i HIGHLY recommend this.
my pup has his “personal space” (the cage)
i still take him (directly) outside (from the cage) every 5-6 hrs, even now, even tho ive had him for about 3 or 4 weeks.
he “goes” outside, and i treat (you may or may not,,some do ..some don’t)
and he allowed to roam (inside) until it’s bedtime. but i put him out at least every 3 hours..(when he’s uncaged …)
most of the time i go w/ him so i can clean up immediately, but not always past couple of days.
anyway…
i find the cage works well…just my opinion…you’ll get many. GL
Here’s a fast and reliable way to housebreak;

Unless you have your puppy with you 24/7 he will have accidents that you don’t see. Trying to correct him after the fact does not work and may make him hide it the next time.
